Your goods will be delivered the following day after receipt of payment has been recorded. However, if you choose to pay cash on delivery, please note that you will still be liable for your order including delivery fees if the 4-hour cancellation time from placing the order has elapsed.

We will process refunds in the case of items delivered unusable. Please inspect your order on delivery, no refunds can be made after.

How to cancel orders

Please call 020 3904 3915 within 4 hours of placing your order and reference your order number. Or cancel your order within your account/orders on our website, the same 4-hour time frame applies.

Delivery fees

There is a minimal online order of £30. Free delivery applies to the tier system below
2-mile radius of IG11 8ER – £3 per mile.	Free delivery when you spend £50
5-mile radius of IG11 8ER – £2 per mile.	Free delivery when you spend £75
10-mile radius of IG11 8ER – £1.50 per mile.	Free delivery when you spend £100
20-mile radius of IG11 8ER – £1 per mile.	Free delivery when you spend £150
